Juan Soto became the first Major League Baseball player ever to start a World Series game while celebrating his 21st birthday. And Nationals fans made sure to make him feel special on his special day.
During the second inning, Nationals fans in left field sang Happy Birthday to the Childish Bambion as he warmed up.
The crowd sings happy birthday to Juan Soto and he turns around briefly to tip his cap. A true man of the people.

This wasn’t even the first time Soto was serenaded at the park today.
Former Major League superstars, David Ortiz and Alex Rodriguez, sang Happy Birthday to Soto and presented him with his very own birthday cake.

According to Juan’s dad, he told his son when he was 10 he would be a big leaguer and celebrate his birthday someday at a World Series.
“My son [#JuanSoto] was 10 years old when I told him that he was going to be a big leaguer and that he’d celebrate his birthday at a World Series. And we’re in two days (away from) that. That’s a promise from God, and he’s granting it.”#WorldSeries2019 https://t.co/ZIwbpsw5kf
